Shaun & Michelle - The Prado at Balboa Park

Back to back at the Prado and another amazing reception. Sheri Karpinski coordinated, Seth and Desire from Zulo Studios were the photographers and Kathy Wright and Company did a great job with the florals, furniture and lighting. Shaun and Michelle's first dance was "Your Song" by Elton John and "Don't Stop" & "Billionaire" were the hits of the night. I already received a referral from someone that was at the wedding. Michelle and Shaun were great and I wish them all the best!

John & Linda - The Birch Aquarium La Jolla

This was a Thursday night Ceremony and Reception but you'd never know it was a week night by the way Linda, John and all there friends like to celebrate. It was a packed dance floor all night long! The first dance was "Don't Know Much" by Linda Ronstadt and I played everything from the B-52's to a polka, they loved it all. Kristi and Continental Catering did an amazing job with the food and the Birch Team was awesome as always...keep having fun John & Linda!!

Teejay & Michelle - The Park Hyatt at Aviara

It was my first event at the new Park Hyatt and I'm happy to report it is still amazing. Same great food and staff that were there as the Four Seasons.  The newlyweds first dance was 'Fade into You" by Mazzy Star and the hit of the night was California Gurls. Susan Duffy was the coordinator and Jen Dery handled the photography, that made for an easy night! Best wishes to Teejay and Michelle, it was a great celebration!

Jim & Emily - The Prado at Balboa Park

I got to work with one of my all time favorite coordinators on this one. Whenever I'm doing a wedding with Laura Rizzo I know it will be a fun one. Jim and Emily were a joy to work with and really enjoyed the celebration. Two great families made for one great time! The newlyweds first dance was "LOVE" done by Michael Buble. The dance floor was full to everything from Outcast to Barry White. Dennis Mock was the photographer and the florals were by Ana from Floral Works, they both do awesome work! I took care of the lighting using my new LED's, the Starburst Gobo on the dance floor was the final touch.

Grahame & Joy - Ole Hanson Beach Club - San Clemente

It was a gorgeous day in San Clemente and the view from the Ole Hanson Beach Club looks right at the ocean...it doesn't get any better. I had done Joy's sisters wedding a couple of years ago and was excited when she asked me to be a part of hers. Grahame and Joy were easy going and wonderful to work with. The first dance was "Everything" by Michael Buble and the floor stayed full from then on!

Josh & Courtney - The Dana Resort

Josh and Courtney came over from Phoenix with 150 of their family and friends. The mission, get married and have one heck of a celebration - mission accomplished! This was one wild reception and I had a great time, I think everyone else did as well. Staci Tiras Jones with Bliss Events did her usual fantastic job of coordinating, Organic Elements took care of the florals, Entertainment at Large did the uplighting and Sweet Cheeks brought the cupcakes. Rob and the Dana crew were on top of their game as well, the food and service was A+

Sean & Lizzy - The Scripps Forum La Jolla

The Scripps Forum is quickly becoming one of my favorite venues in town. The view is amazing and I just love the design...it lends itself to endless possibilities. Sean and Lizzy were a blast from start to finish, mission # 1 was to have fun. The 1st dance was "No One's Gonna Love You" by Band of Horses and for dancing we kept the floor full with everything from Flo Rida to New Order. The food was outstanding and a big thanks goes out to Culinary Concepts for that. Brett Charles Rose was the photographer and Entertainment at Large took care of the lighting design.  We even lit up the waves and it was beautiful, the kids had fun playing down on the beach. Congratulations Sean & Lizzy!

Trace & Anarosela - The Admiral Kidd Club

A fun couple and a great team make for a perfect wedding. The newlyweds 1st dance was to Billy Joel's "Just the way you are" and we ended the night with the traditional "Last Dance" by Donna Summer. Plenty of fun dance music was played in between and the floor stayed full most of the night. Trace and Anarosela enjoyed the night to it's fullest!  The room looked awesome with flowers by Nancy Stevens and the blue uplighting by Entertainment At Large. Merilee Hennings was the coordinator, photography was by Joeseph Stein and Norma with NR3 handled the video. Add to that a cake by Shirley the Cake Lady and you know it was a perfect reception.
