I love the Midway, it is one of my all time favorite venues for an event! This was a fun one, we had Sarah Palin and George Bush impersonators and they were amazing. It was a corporate event and we finished the night on the flight deck with an awesome fireworks show...what a night!

HOT OFF THE PRESS: SENSATIONAL TREATS

Taking one bite at a time.  I started with Party Donuts and have partnered with Sheri Karpinski to create Sensational Treats, which I am very excited about.  Sheri previously worked as the Director of Catering and Convention Services for the Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui and St. Regis Monarch Beach.  You might also remember her as the Director Of Catering at the Sheraton Harbor Island. With Sheri's catering and service background we look forward to making Sensational Treats the premier treat company in San Diego!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM!  When you freeze ice cream with liquid nitrogen at -320 degrees, it makes a product that is unbelieveably smooth and absoloutely delicious!

We love what we do day in and day out. FUN filled weddings and events with nothing but rocking the night away! We would not be able to do this without the pure thrill of being able to collaborate in the fulfillment of someones' dreams come true!! Being a part of the mood and ambiance of the event is very important to us at EAL.

   

We have added more fine choices to our fabulous line of selections for the perfect event color. We want to share with our clients the large addition of new LED lighting enhancements in white, amber, red, green and blue.  This will now make it available to transform any event space with lighting in any color that can be imagined. We are very excited about that!!
